3. Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared before, during, or after sessions is kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Information will not be shared without your written consent unless required by law.
 

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are available by booking or direct contact.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at the practitioner’s discretion.
 

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
If payments are accepted through this website, they are processed securely through Wix Payments or another trusted third-party processor. Conscious Body Somatics does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Refunds are provided only in the case of errors or special circumstances as agreed upon individually.

By booking or participating in any session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health and well-being.

• You will communicate any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to your session.

• You will immediately inform the practitioner if you experience discomfort during any treatment.
