Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a full session fee at the practitioner’s discretion.

Deposits or Prepaid Sessions

• Any deposits or prepaid sessions are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another date if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.

• If Conscious Body Somatics must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the choice of a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Workshops, Packages, or Series

• For multi-session packages or workshops, refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.

• Once a series or package has begun, refunds are not provided, but unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed time period.

Digital or Online Offerings

If you purchase any digital downloads, meditations, or online courses (present or future), those items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
